村干部将扶贫款作贿金送给乡书记

　　本报讯 上级拨给的扶贫款，原本应当用于扶贫济困，不想却有村干部将部分扶贫款领出，当作贿金送给乡书 记。

　　昨日，安溪县长坑乡原党委书记刘金进，因涉嫌受贿被安溪县人民检察院刑事拘留。当天，安溪县人大常委会 召开会议，依法免去嫌疑人刘金进安溪县人大代表资格。据悉，检察机关侦查认定，刘金进受贿的数额为人民币9 .9万元。

　　收受扶贫款9.9万

　　12月22日，刘金进被安溪县纪委“双规”。在随后的7天时间里，安溪县人民检察院介入调查，查明刘金 进共涉嫌受贿扶贫款9.9万元。据了解，12月22日是星期二，为不引起刘金进怀疑，县里通知他到县政府大 院“谈话”,prada sunglasses，但一下车即被县纪委工作人员带走。

　　审查中，刘金进交代收受长坑乡某村2名原村干部行贿，数额为9.9万元人民币，对该款性质为上级所拨扶 贫款也是知道的。

　　知情人士介绍，此前，2名行贿的村干部因行贿罪分别被判刑，刑期各为1年多。今年稍早，2名行贿入狱的 村干部刑满释放。之后案件引起重视，在获取初步证据后，刘金进被“双规”，随后案件进入司法程 序。

　　被免县人大代表资格

　　昨日上午，安溪县人民检察院反贪局，依法对安溪县长坑乡原党委书记刘金进，采取刑拘强制措施。随后，刘 金进被押往安溪县看守所关押。

　　稍后，安溪县人民检察院负责人，来到安溪县人大常委会会议室，向该常委会成员报告说明嫌疑人刘金进涉嫌 受贿犯罪的主要事实，以及查实的证据。安溪县人大常委会根据刘金进涉嫌犯罪的情况，依法免去刘金进安溪县人 大代表资格。

　　刘金进，安溪人，今年42岁，原任安溪县政府办公室副主任，后升任安溪县剑斗镇镇长，后又调任安溪县桃 舟乡书记，3年前调往长坑乡任党委书记。
