The food miles debate and the rules of exporting will be covered, as will the technology being used in the production of fresh produce. The ��DEFRA PEACH" system will also feature as a special forum. An interesting focus of the show will emphasize current issues with regard to the supply of credit and the impact of oil prices on producers and the retail market. Professor John Moverley OBE is expected to host a forum detailing the current pressures for land and the manner in which issues created by such pressures have an impact on the price and supply of fruit and vegetables.
