LISA MARIE PRESLEY's legal dispute with a disgruntled sometime governess has been dismissed - emulating the caregiver's allegations she was overworked at the star.
In August (09), Christine White alleged she was compelled to go long hours without disburse, when Presley was suffering from postpartum depression. She sued the rocker as dismissal money.
Presley countersued, demanding White took photographs and shot movie of her twins and then posted the unauthorised photos ashore her Facebook sheet, violating their confidentiality accession.
The case was dismissed on Tuesday (12Jan10), reports TMZ.com.
Presley says she made "a colossal fault ever hiring Christine" and "exposing our babies apt her".
