自古有“小寒大寒,www.atong163.com,冰冷成团”之说。在这个承前启后的节气里,防风御寒是第一要务,但是也不要忘记进补了,冬季是一个适宜进 补的好时机,大寒来临期间饮食进补要减量。

“《吕氏春秋》云:天生阴阳寒暑燥湿,四时之化,万物之变,莫不为利,莫不为害。圣人察阴阳之宜,辨万物之 利,以便生,故精神安乎形,而寿长焉。”自古有“小寒大寒,冰冷成团”之说。这个时节之害是“寒毒”。尤其 是每年大寒过后,老慢支、心脑血管等慢性病患者更加难熬,而即使是平时比较健康的青壮年,也容易因突如其来 的寒潮患上感冒。

宋朝医家朱肱在其所著的《类证话人书》中有很好的提示:“严寒当令,为杀厉之气,君子善摄生,健尔马足疗机价格。当严寒之时,行住坐卧,护身周密,故不犯寒毒。”朱肱提倡日常起居应认真周密地保暖身子,以达到当下能“ 不犯寒毒”的目的。这还只是善摄生的君子考虑到的浅层之义,更深一层的意义是《黄帝内经》中强调的冬三月应 “闭藏”以养精(调养肾气)。总之,无论是为防眼前的“寒毒”还是为避来日的“暑伤”,“行住坐卧”都应“ 护身周密”。

进补应适当减量

《黄帝内经》将一年的气候大致分为六个阶段,大寒至立春即是其中的一个阶段。大寒为“冬三月之末”,又与立 春相承接,在这个承前启后的时节里,大自然阴气极盛,阳气沉降到极点并准备生发。这个阶段的养生除了要继续 注重滋补肾阴之外,还要兼顾养肝,www.shuiyisheng9.com,因为春天阳气生发,也是人体肝气生发的季节,饮食起居上也应考虑到季节的变换,为开春阳气生发、肝气条达 打好基础。

民谚有“大寒大寒,防风御寒,早喝人参、黄芪酒,晚服杞菊地黄丸”之说。“防风御寒”直白易懂,但为何要“ 早喝人参、黄芪酒,健尔马足疗机,晚服杞菊地黄丸”呢?人参、黄芪是提气助气之物,泡成酒,在早上升阳之时喝,对气虚之人有一定的补益作用 ;而杞菊地黄丸为滋肾养肝之品,在晚上阴气较盛之时服用,有敛阴益精的功效,通过早补阳、晚滋阴而达到阴阳 平衡的道理。但这种“民间智慧”也不是人人适用,比如,有高血压、心脏病者,就不宜一早起来喝人参、黄芪酒 。该如何进补,还是咨询医生为宜。

大寒来到,顾名思义,大寒即是一年中最冷的时节。这时的北方,已是冰天雪地,到处银装素裹。而相对暖和的南 方,也陆续出现一年中的低温。这个与立春相接应的严寒时节,大自然阴气极盛,阳气沉降至极并准备生发。在这 个承前启后的节气里,防风御寒是第一要务,而进补则不宜太过。
