　　据了解，当时一共来了7个人，手上拿着一些病历、证明等。黄的爱人当时称丈夫去上班了，有什么事去单位 找，但这些人说就在家里等他回来，不放车就不走。“听我爱人说，这几人进家后吵吵闹闹的，这儿摸摸，那儿转 转，还用我家的杯子喝水。”黄副大队长说。

　　该负责人介绍，9月2日晚，在县政府统一协调下，公安、公路、纪检等部门，分成三组联合上路查超载超限 ，其中一组在萧县县城城西的311国道穿城段执法，由黄副大队长带队。当晚7时许，该组执法人员先后查扣了 六台豫N牌照的大货车，“这些车目测超限都在100%以上，因此相继被拦下来，要求开到前方的治超站检测。 ”

　　五人确为艾滋患者

　　萧县疾控中心艾滋病防治科负责人称，他们对其中五人进行了初筛，初筛结果为疑似艾滋病患者，待复查，“ 这些人当时身上都带有艾滋病就诊本。”

　　“我们后来到河南当地疾控医疗机构调查，五个人确实是艾滋病患者，其中四个人已被刑拘，另外一个妇女和 小孩被送回去了。”9月3日晚参与审查的黄警官说,监听器是不是真的吗。
