Default 跳绳健身六种巧妙方法!

  蜈蚣爬
学生分为四组,每组按纵队站好,ad收腹运动机,每人一根跳绳,排头除外。后面的同学把跳绳绕住前面同学的腰,自己抓好绳的两头,ad健腹器,全组一起向前跑动。练习时,以先到达目的地,队形又不散的队为胜,ad收腹运动机第一代
  螃蟹走
两个学生为一组,用跳绳把两人的膝关节绑在一起,成两人三足。练习时,两人侧对行进方向横着走,看哪组走的 最快。
  四人运货
四人一组,用四根跳绳组成″井″字形,ad收腹运动机,每人抓住两根绳头,″井″字中间放一个排球。练习中四人配合不使球掉下,且最先到达目的地的 队为胜。
  跳大绳
把短跳绳一根一根接起来,长度视练习的人数而定,多人跳一根绳。
  跳“竹竿”舞
利用跳绳模仿少数民族的“竹竿”舞来进行练习,要求拉绳的同学把绳子拉直拉紧。利用跳绳的好处还有一个就是 ,“竹竿”不会夹脚。
  拓展练习
和当今流行的拓展运动一样的,用绳子结成一个网,网洞的大小视能钻过体型不同的同学为宜。结好的网可以附在 排球架上,下面铺好垫子,防止学生受伤。学生通过努力,把同学从网的一边运到另一边,过网时身体尽量不要触 网。
