  经过一天的紧张工作,很多人会选择在户外或去健身房做做运动,在锻炼身体的同时缓解压力。北京师范大学 体育与运动学院的赵纪生副教授提醒,运动中最好是能结伴练习,避免一个人“癔想”,从而产生不 良情绪。
  赵纪生副教授解释,某些运动并不需要注意力高度集中,如长跑,光波炉,能量的大量消耗,难免会出现疲劳和痛苦的感觉,这时,人们需要通过其他方式转移注意力,健尔马足疗机第三代,像回忆往事或考虑生活中存在的问题。从心理学角度讲,在这个过程中,某些反复思考的事,即便不真实存在, 当再三在头脑中强化时,就会刺激大脑,形成一种持续的记忆,往往使人把虚无缥缈的事情当成现实。如平时觉得 上司对自己不公平,在长跑时反复想,就形成了一种心理暗示。即便现实生活中上司对自己未有偏颇,但在大脑中 ,ad收腹运动机,已成为一种强化的意识,就跟真的一样。这样锻炼,不但不能缓解工作的压力,反而增加了心理负 担。
