市场人士称，目前有多路消息表明，电信业重组方案已获得国务院批准，将于3月15日前后启动，其中涉及中国 联通的部分是联通的CDMA网和GSM网将进行分离，其中C网将出售给要中国电信(0728.HK)，联通 将在同中国网通(0906.HK)合并的基础上继续发展G网。
