做法:
1地瓜切成3厘米长,1厘米宽的条;五花肉切薄片,四季豆去老筋,切成3厘米长的段。
2烧热1碗油,放入地瓜条以中火炸3分钟,直至呈金黄色。
3倒入四季豆拌匀,与地瓜条一同炸2分钟,捞起沥干油待用。
4倒出锅内余油,炒香蒜末,倒入五花肉拌炒至肉色稍白,加入1汤匙米酒,以中火拌炒1分钟。
5倒入炸好的地瓜条和四季豆,与五花肉一起拌炒1分钟。
6加入1汤匙海天铁强化金标生抽王、1/2汤匙白糖、1/3汤匙盐跟1/2汤匙鸡粉炒匀入味,即可上碟。
