久坐办公室,活动是非常有限的,往往是坐下几个小时都不需要动一下,这样就使越来越多的美人形成下半身比上 半身胖的形势。发胖刚开始的征兆大多都表现在小腹上,可别怪说身体没有事先提醒我们,光波炉!在种种限制下,有没有什么简单易行的方法可以让我们没有“小腹之患”呢?当然有!
现在让我来为各位美人介绍一种办公室运动:
第一步,坐在椅子上,两腿慢慢往上抬。
第二步,两手轻轻放在小腹上,慢慢地吐气,吐气的同时渐渐收紧小腹。
第三步,吐气慢慢加快,盟特,小腹越收越紧,肩膀保持轻松。
第四步,小腹已收到最紧的程度时,气也同时吐完。
第五步,肩膀与小腹都放松后,慢慢地开始吸气,光波炉批发
