任何体育锻炼无疑都对身体有益,有些项目甚至还能使人变得年轻。近日德国《健身娱乐》(Fit For Fun)邀请德国体育运动学专家针对具体哪些体育项目有助于延缓衰老、永葆青春进行了研究总结。专家称,慢 跑、骑自行车、长距离滑雪和徒步远足等十项运动可以留住青春,但乒乓球、篮球,拳击等14个项目对延缓衰老 并没有明显效果。
永葆青春的项目:
慢跑:慢跑可以使人身心保持年轻状态,是该类最理想的运动项目。
自行车:仅次于慢跑,但老年人要在骑车时注意安全,以防受伤。
徒步远足:可以训练力量,加湿器厂家,同时锻炼耐力,一举两得。而且几乎没有受外伤的危险。
另外还有伸展性的体操、滑轮、力量训练、骑山地自行车、跳舞、网球及骑马都有助于永葆青春,光波炉正品
无助于延缓衰老或效果不明显的项目:
乒乓球:打乒乓球对增强心血管循环几乎没有帮助,人在这一过程中几乎没有长距离的跑动。
手球:需要的是力量,而且极易拉伤。
拳击:极易受伤。
篮球:虽然能给人以运动的乐趣,热波炉价格,但这种快节奏的体育对延缓衰老并没有多大效果。
羽毛球:只是一种训练快速反应的运动。
排球:易受伤。
游泳:虽然有助于保持体型,但只有15%的肌肉参与游泳。
外器械体操(缺乏耐力训练),划船(背部肌肉易出问题),潜水和田径(无明显效果),爬山(危险系数高)等 项目都基本无助于保持青春,盟特新产品加盟
