(CNN) -- A lawsuit filed against a Missouri school district alleges that officials failed to defend a woman student from reiterated ######ual assaults from a male student, and at 1 point expelled her for reporting the declared bombards.
A rape exam proved that the girl was telling the truth, and the male student pleaded guilty to charges narrated to the attack, the suit alleges.
In a response filed in court, the Republic School District denied the allegations and cried the lawsuit "frivolous."
The lawsuit, filed in July, alleges that the girl was a special training student at a Missouri middle school in the 2008-2009 school year while she told officials approximately harassment, ######ual aggressions and a rape along a male student.
School officials told her that her anecdote was not trustworthy, and told her mother that she had recanted the article, the suit alleges.
The suit alleges that school officials made the girl write an remorse letter and convey it to the boy -- without consulting with the girl's mama.
She was then expelled for the recess of the school year and reported to juvenile authorities for allegedly filing a false guilt report.
She was granted to come back to school the next year and her mother urged school officials to protect her from the male student. School officials denied the request,

"During the 2009-2010 educate annual, (the girl) was terrified that she would be ######ually disturbed, assaulted , alternatively raped another by school, and was unable to slumber numerous nights," the suit says.

In February 2010, the same boy caught her, shuffled her to the back of the school library and raped her again,

"School officials reached (the girl's) demands with the same misgiving for the year before, even working even now for to state that they had 'already been via this,' " the suit states.
The girl's mother took her to a child advocacy heart that confirmed that a ######ual assault occurred and DNA testify found in the girl matched the male student, the suit alleges.

The suit does not state the exact charges the male student allegedly pleaded guilty to.
Despite the the results of the test, the girl was suspended from school because what the school called "disrespectful conduct" and "public display of admiration," the suit claims.
School officials did not respond to CNN's tries to get comments, merely the school district loosened a statement on its website.
"It namely momentous to remember that the allegations in a lawsuit are just that -- allegations. The region has filed an response renouncing the allegations," part of the expression said. "The district cannot argue confidential student matters and does not remark aboard pending litigation."
