  杰芙·沃勒克教授指出,一个鸡蛋重约50克,含蛋白质7克、脂肪6克,能产生热量82千卡,其氨基酸比 例非常适合人体生理需要,极易被机体吸收,且利用率高达98%。鸡蛋中的钙、磷、铁和维生素A、B的含量很 高,它们都是长肌肉的最好成分。
  另外,沃勒克博士指出,一个大蛋黄含有4—5克的脂肪,也是对心脏健康有益的不饱和脂肪,光波炉。其富含的维生素B能够分解脂肪,帮助修复细胞膜,加湿器价格,有益于肌肉生长。
  鸡蛋虽好,光波炉,但食用量不宜多,尤其对于运动者来说,吃鸡蛋过多容易增加肝脏与肾脏的负担。杰芙·沃勒克教授指出,力量 训练适合各个年龄段的人,最佳进食量也要根据年龄段来区分,通常老人每天吃1—2个,中青年每天吃2个,重 体力劳动者,每天可吃2—3个,儿童的代谢快,每天也可吃2—3个。
