Default Tory Burch Handbags Break The Frame

Prologue, true religionEveryone said it was a bad idea to drive home that night. The weather had been horrible, and they had all had far to much to drink. But Angela McCaffrey was as bold as she was reckless, and she was also the daughter of the wealthiest man in town. No one had the gumption to step up and refuse her access to the Silver Mercedes seated on the far side of the Club parking lot. When her boyfriend, Dan Gulliver, spoke what was on everyone's mind, she met it as a challenge, grabbed her car keys and stormed out of the double glass panel doors. In her wake were her two best friends carrying a sleeping girl between the two of them. The sleeping girl, Maya Reeves, was strapped into the back seat like a child while the other piled in and heedlessly forgot their belts.Ten minutes into the ruff ride the Mercedes reached a tricky bend in the road. Filled to the brim with coolers and several shots of vodka, Angela was in no position to give the turn proper judgement, and half way into the sharp curve the silver car slipped and was sent swerving into the surrounding forest meeting an old oak head on.From that moment on, Maya's life was never the same. She was consistently haunted by the memory of awaking in a the middle of the night with a terrible pain in her legs. The seat in front of her had been shoved back in the collision and was now pinning her legs to her own seat. Beside her Kelly Fisher lay limp, leaning against the seat in front of her. A small river of blood trickling from her temple. Her blue eyes wide open in the horror of awaiting death. Looking further around her, Maya noticed the window shield was shattered and the two seats in the front vacant of any passengers. Not wanting to see her best friends mangled bodies, Maya clamped her eye lids shut and prayed for death to take her as well. They had been her life, her family, the ones she could depend on from before she could remember. Now they were all gone, she didn't need to see the other two's bodies to know they were dead. The pain, and emptiness in her heart was enough.Emergency crews arrived a few hours later, called in by a man who had noticed the skid marks on the road and tracked them to the car wrapt around the course bark of the 200 year old tree that seemed to have hardly felt the impact on its dense, wet trunk. That had all been over two years ago, but for Maya it was like it happened yesterday. For half a year after the crash she had been confined to a wheel chair, and could only walk with the aid of crutches that dug painfully into her arm pits, and left annoying rashes that almost took the want out of walking. The following months after that were filled with physio therapy. All the while Maya suffered from severe depression and made several attempt on her own life. A close call with a glass shard from a bathroom mirror put her on careful watch from the nurses. Between the nurses, her remaining friends and elder brother Daren, Maya was rarely alone, and when she was it was while she slept. Her parents, George and Bethany Reeves, had visited their daughter regularly once a week, but had stopped their brief visits after the glass inncident. According to Daren, the word of her mental state had spread around the community like a brush fire, and just as scorned. To have any form of abnormality in the Eastern Faction was as bad as having committed a blasphemy. Mental conditions were the worst. Children now a days were scanned in the mother womb to make sure of only perfection. Those found with defects were aborted and the mother sterilized. Perfect meant acceptance into society. Her condition in the hospital had obviously embarrassed her parents, but the attack on herself had been the last straw. They must have been publicly humiliated. And George Reeves being an important politician looking for a better local support bases, must have been hit hard by the rumours.Lying in the small hospital cot for a year, Maya could hardly care for her parents embarrassment. Instead she felt a swell of hatred for all those around her. She stopped taking any visitors, aside from Daren, who was her only trusted confidant, but eventually, he too, disappeared. When Maya was released to her parents home, she'd lost dependency on the wheel chair, but still needed the aid of a Cain. But more often then not, Maya found the hollow metal stick with a doorknob like top, got in her way. And by the time school started up, she'd cast it aside, labelling it useless, to the dismay of her doctors.Back in the white washed brick walls of Madison High School for Girls, Maya found she still had a few supporters in the forms of Ruth Kinds and Emily Dickinson. Both social outcasts, Ruth for her gentle translucent manor, and Emily for her bitter, sharp tongue, and the fact she had a record for stealing other girls boyfriends. Every Monday at lunch Emily announced her last conquest and most recently acquired enemy. But now after several months of knowing Emily, Maya could pick out the girl who's boyfriend had been stolen from a mile away. It was always the one that had the freshest, evil glare directed on the corner of the cafe were Maya, Emily and Ruth spent their lunch. The most recently passed Monday, Emily proclaimed with utmost pride, that she had made Clark Divasco, quarter back of Saint Judes High School for young Men football team, hers over the weekend, at his girl friends party no less. The concept no longer discussed Maya, long ago she had stopped caring about the fact that Emily slept around more then the whole Cheerleading team. Now she just watched out for the latest girl Emily had pissed off."She walked in on us." Emily giggled "You should have seen the face on her!"Only Emily found humour in this. Ruth sported a discussed look while Maya stared into space."Really Emily," Ruth fingered the left over of the egg salad on her tray "You should be more careful. One of these days your going to piss off the wrong girl."As it turned out Carol Burgess was that wrong girl to piss off. Later that day, while the rest of the school was spilling out to the waiting orange busses, Emily was getting the beating of her life. Janitors found her bloody body on the floor of the girls bathroom. While still alive, her face had been mangled badly. The word "slut" had been carved into her forehead with a pocket knife. But other then that, its was nothing more then scratched and burses she would eventually get over.Boldly the first day of her return from rest, she loudly blamed Ruth for the beatings she had received. Claiming the timid girl had sold her out to become more popular, as it was obvious Ruth had climbed the social ladder. But that was all because she had begun tutoring Stacy Wreath, one of the more popular girls in the school.Almost as quickly as they had banded together, the mismatched group broke apart. Ruth and Maya remained friends, but they never ate at the same table again. A month after their dispersal, true religion Crops, word reached them that Emily had dropped out of school due to a surprise pregnancy. They never heard from her again, as she was shipped out of the community to a place for girls like her, ones that society could not conform.A year and a half, Maya's life finally took a turn for the better when she met a handsome senior named Mark Larks. From there she found herself steadily climbing the ladder of society. And with the acceptance of society, Maya won the acceptance of her parents. They no longer treated her like an alien, but a child they always wanted to have, yet at the same time keeping their distance to refrain from getting burned if she took a dive once more. But Mark became her wall. He helped to fill the hole that the deaths of her friends had created. At all ruff bumps in her life he was there to help smooth them out, and make her passage as easy as possible. On her birthday he blind folded her, and drove them to Raff Cliff. There he had set up a telescope and a candle light dinner for two, complete with a dozen roses and a silver necklace with pendant, a single rose of gold."While the real things will die." He whispered in her ear while holding her close, "This will last forever,Tory Burch Handbags, as will my affection for you. "Days like that made the future seem all the more bright and appealing. Until the day she met Laneie Sinclar.相关的主题文章:
