药物踩踏，健身治病两相宜

药物踩踏是用脚直接踩踏药物或通过一定的刺激物体，使药物发挥局部渗透作用，以及相应物体的脚底穴位刺激作 用，起到健身和预防、治疗疾病的效果。

(3)取萝卜适量晒干研粉，铺于鞋袜内;另用萝卜煎水洗脚，可增强疗效。
踩踏治膝部劳损
取川草乌、细辛、防风、独活各等份,光波炉批发，研粉备用，一部分药粉掺于鞋袜内，每天换一次;一部分药粉置于护膝内,盟特新奇特批发，效果更佳。
踩踏治跖筋膜炎
取川芎适量，研粉，用薄小布袋装15克药粉置于鞋内,盟特新产品价格，每天换一次药。治疗骨刺形成的跖筋膜炎。
