  金秋送爽,正是登山的好时节,盟特新产品加盟。很多人一到山下,立刻欢呼雀跃地冲上山去。其实,这样很容易导致肌肉关节损伤,最常见的就是把脚崴了。因 此,爬山前,一定要做好准备活动。
  秋季气温较低,人体需要一段时间才能进入状态。准备活动不但可以减免运动损伤,使心肺系统尽快进入“备 战状态”,还能提高神经系统的兴奋性,使人对环境变化反应灵敏。
  通常的准备活动包括两方面内容:热身活动和柔韧练习。首先,简单活动一下膝关节、踝关节,快走或慢跑5 —10分钟,让身体微微出汗。然后,充分拉伸肌肉和韧带,让身体更轻巧、更灵敏。或者干脆做一遍广播体操, 它能全面活动身体各个肌肉关节。
  在准备活动中,“四处关节、三组肌群”需要重点关照。四处关节是膝、踝、髋和腰椎,因此要左右转腰,前 后及侧向高抬腿,转动膝关节和踝关节。三组肌群指的是大腿前部、大腿后部及臀部、小腿的肌群。这三个部位需 要通过拉伸练习来活动肌肉和韧带,光波炉,典型动作包括:向后扳腿(单腿站立,用手扳住另一条腿的脚面,使大小腿折叠,感觉到大腿前侧肌肉被牵拉) ;弓箭步压腿;踮起脚尖,牵拉小腿后部肌肉,健尔马足疗机厂家
