华安物业维修班长冯铁军敬业爱岗受人夸

华安物业的维修工们平时干的最多的活儿就是到住户家里维修马桶、下水道。说起维修马桶、下水道，这可是不好 干和活儿。马桶、下水道出毛病大多是因使用不当造成堵塞,智能马桶两年连修9次.。每当花家地北里小区住户家里马桶、下水道一有堵塞问题，冯师傅马上就到，工具不好使了，老班长每次都跪在 地上用手去扒，直到掏出堵塞物。干完活儿，他还会小心异异地用自带的抺布擦干地面上的污物，直到干干静静为 止。
作为维修班长，平日里冯师傅言语不多，可他每天总是第一个到班里的人，每天当大家伙儿陆陆续续来上班时，总 会发现维修班的屋子内外窗明几净,节水宝 马桶中的V8发动机，几个暖水瓶早早灌满了开水，工具袋也整整齐齐码放在桌子上。王师傅是和冯师傅同进公司的维修工，他说：“ 自打和冯师傅进公司共事，他一直就是这个样子，上班第一个到，下班最后一个走”。虽说已经是年满59岁，快 要退休的人了，可冯师傅仍像已前一样，干活儿不怕脏、不怕累，勤勤垦垦。冯师傅是班长，有维修活儿，指挥指 挥就行了，可他不这样做，一些活儿他总是往前冲，抢脏活儿、累活儿干。
“再过半年多点儿，我就要退休了，李大妈有病、王大婶儿女在外地，你们要多惦记着些”。冯师傅诚垦地对身边 的维修工说。“冯师傅，您放心吧，受您言传身教这么多年，我们一定接好您的班，做好服务工作，为建设和谐社 区做努力。”华安物业的维修工们都这样说。
份内的活儿，冯师傅这样干，份外的事，冯师傅也很热心。有一次段来了一位80多岁的老太太，说儿女不在身边 ，家里的椅子缺3个螺丝钉，有些坐不稳了。冯师傅一听二话没说背起工具袋搀着老太太到家把椅子修好了，还顺 带着给老太太家里厨房和卫生间打扫得干干净净，感动得老太太热泪盈眶。自那天以后，老太太逢人便夸冯师傅， 称赞他是个敬业爱岗，助人为乐的好人。
今年已经59岁的冯铁军是首开望京实业华安物业管理部花家地北里维修段的维修班长。他的名字在小区里可谓是 家喻户晓,科勒抽水马桶一冲水就停不下来。因为他敬业爱岗工作出色，曾两度获得过集团公司和首开望京实业公司的嘉奖。
