乘客自称杀人犯打车赴公安部自首

　　本报讯 (记者甘浩 通讯员宁彤彤 杨建柠)靳师傅开了五年出租，拉过各种肤色、各种特点的乘客，可杀人疑犯乘客，他还是第一次碰 到。

　　打的乘客自称正逃亡

　　靳师傅是房山区浦洼乡人，就职于祥龙公司五分公司七车队。五年的的哥生涯，他从来没有遇到过自称刚杀过 人的乘客。

　　11月12日上午9点，靳师傅刚把一女乘客送到世纪坛的央视东门，一名30来岁的男子就敲车玻璃，打听 去公安部要多少钱。得知车费大约20元，一脸疲惫，两眼血丝的男子坐进了副驾驶座。

　　看到男子一副心事重重的样子，“谁没有烦心的时候啊”，靳师傅没好打听，一直往公安部方向 开去。

　　“我杀了人。”刚过军博，身旁乘客转头低声说了一句，让靳师傅吃了一惊。

　　男子说，自己在广东老家杀了人，一路逃亡到北京，估计警察正在四处抓他。

　　被警方带走前掏打车费

　　“尽说家长里短的，没主动去聊杀人的事，怕激怒他情绪。”靳师傅说，通过聊家常，得知男子今年30多岁 ，已结婚生子，家中还有父母。靳师傅于是打算劝说对方，坚定其自首的决心。

　　经一路的开导，男子答应自首。在公安部门前报警后，靳师傅还陪着男子聊天，等待民警前来处 置。

　　男子临被带走前，掏出了20元车费，硬是要塞给靳师傅，还不断道歉，说耽误靳师傅拉活儿了 。

　　疑犯被广东警方接回

　　昨日，北京警方证实，该嫌疑人程某2010年11月9日晚，持刀在广东砍伤7人，其中一人伤重死亡。昨 日上午，当地警方已将其接回。

　　据公交警方介绍，对于协助警方抓获嫌疑人的司机，警方都会给予奖励。

　　新京报：嫌疑人上车时有异样吗？

　　靳师傅：他上车时精神比较疲惫，双眼血丝，觉得最多就是熬夜了，没啥不同。

　　新京报：得知他是杀人犯后，您当时怎么想？
