  中国传统养生倡导自在调柔,常有赤子之心,“赤子之心”指的就是像初生的精赤条条的小孩子一样纯真、舒 坦、豁达的心态,这也是拥有健康身心的基础。因此,选择裸睡,最重要的是在心理上完全放松,首先能够自在、 坦然地面对自己的身体。

  当然,裸睡也要有讲究,良好的卫生习惯是关键,千万不要把被子床单当成不用换洗的贴身睡衣。对床单被褥 质地的选择也要讲究,以舒适、柔软、透气的面料为好,避免对皮肤产生刺激,影响睡眠。此外,张河清主任指出 ,如果有泌尿生殖系统感染,则不宜裸睡。
