中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院范志红副教授表示:“同其它主食相比,马铃薯所含的淀粉不算多。比如说 ,烤马铃薯比大米饭、馒头、主食面包的能量还要低,而饱腹感却更强一些。这是因为马铃薯的含水 量较高,AD收腹运动机厂家,其中的淀粉含量只有20%左右,并且还富含能够产生饱腹感的柔软膳食纤维。所以,如果用马铃薯来代替白米 饭白馒头,哪怕放开肚子吃,也很难让人肥胖,甚至有减肥效果。”
