　　中嘉成和田玉公司总工程师罗先生也出示了一份用地批文，批文是米东区政府在2009年审批的。内容为中 嘉成和田玉公司划拨了约8000亩的荒山用地，范围是三道坝工业园东侧、北郊公墓西侧、三道坝村碱泉子南侧 、经五路(黑沟)北侧的荒山。

　　4月2日16时，闫杰又看到中嘉成和田玉公司的人在拔树，昕源酒业的20多名职工闻讯赶到后，同拔树的 人发生冲突，最后民警到场后才平息。
