My Friend... WLM left the BETA phase for about 4 months ago.

On other hand... the Release Candidate phase could be a better name (for me this is already a final version),office Home and Business key, however, is possible that the Microsoft's staff are waiting for the end of BETA phases of other software program which is included into the Live Essentials/Suite (for example Movie Maker).
Remember that they want to show the Final release of Live Essentials/Suite with all of its application with the same number version.
