储户假名存款12年银行拒认账 打官司讨回本息

　　去年6月24日，东莞市第三人民法院清溪法庭对该案进行了开庭审理。在庭审中，银行方面表示，由于识别 不了熊某是否就是“江昌慧”，银行也没有到公安局核实证明，所以不能让其支取款项。

　　东莞市第三法院主动介入了调查，证实“江昌慧”的确就是熊某，同时在庭审现场勘察，证明了存折和密码的 真实性。

　　综合调查结果，证实熊某是存款人的证据明显优于否定的证据，因此法院认定熊某是账户的真实 持有人。
