打工男子诈骗女友及其家人近9万

　　本报讯(见习记者 梁爽 通讯员 晓理)声称自己在政府部门工作，可解决房屋拆迁、帮子女安置工作、购买经适房……�口区一打工男子以帮女友 及女友家人“疏通关系”为由，骗取钱财将近9万元。昨日，记者从江岸区检察院获悉，该男子因诈骗罪被法院判 处有期徒刑4年。

　　42岁的廖某2007年结识离异女子李某，并与其成为男女朋友,Herve Leger Dresses。廖某告诉李某，自己曾在省外贸局、发改委、口岸秘书处等单位工作，可利用关系为李某“办事”。而后，廖某 称能帮李某解决房屋拆迁问题，并能安排李某的女儿到海关工作，需要“疏通费”，先后骗取李某人民币5万余元 。

　　2008年4月上旬，廖某以能搞到购买经济适用房的指标，需要疏通关系为由，骗取李某姐姐的儿子严某人 民币4000元。同年4月至次年2月，廖某又采取上述相同手段，从李某姐姐严某、严某妻子处骗取人民币共3 .5万元。廖某在共骗取李某及其家人8.9万余元后，李某家人到其“单位”找他，发现并无此人，遂报案。今 年4月29日，公安机关将廖某抓获归案，上述所骗赃款已被其挥霍。

　　法院认为，廖某以其行为已构成诈骗罪，判处有期徒刑4年，并处罚金人民币3万元。
