百走不如一抖 健身新心得

　　俗语云：“百练不如一走，百走不如一抖。”“抖”是我国传统的锻炼方法之一。首先，抖动时从容和缓，不 急不躁，可避免激烈运动：抖动在室内室外均可，不受时间限制，什么时候想练都可以；此外，男女老少均适宜， 对体弱多病眷尤为适宜。
第一步：先做预备活动，身体直立站稳，双脚又开约1尺。平心静气半分钟。
第二步：双手叉腰，让腰向左、右扭转各30-60次，然后双臂前后摆动，用手背捶打大胯、后腰各30-60下。再一次摆动双臂，用左手掌捶打左肩头，右手背轻微捶打左后背，反之，用右手掌捶打右肩头，左手背轻 微捶打右后背，各20-30下。
第三步：身体恢复直立静止状态，双手下垂，微微摆动，双膝微微上下抖动100-150次，收住后做腹式呼吸15-20次。其做法是：用鼻孔吸气。用嘴呼出浊气，呼气时尽力收缩小腹，嘴唇噘成圆形。
