HARI SINGH from Meru is furious with with Klang Municipal Council for failing to consider action in opposition to his 'nuisance' neighbour.,

"My neighbour has five dogs in his house compound. They're very noisy, barking both day and evening. This makes it hard to have any peace and peaceful or for anybody to get proper rest at any time of the day."
HARI says the neighbour usually lets his canines loose plus they leave their faeces openly inside the neighbour's residence compound and about the streets. "This neighbour doesn't seem to treatment what other individuals living in the place assume with the nuisance the canines lead to using the faeces everywhere. HARI claims the neighbour also burns rubbish openly in front of his house as an alternative to disposing it correctly.
