Default Office 2007 Ultimate Key blog tell-us-what-you-thi

Clever JobsBlog viewers caught the hint I produced in my Freakonomics post final week when I stated “recruiters are rewarded and punished by feedback from each candidates and employing managers … a lot more about feedback (and also the energy which you seriously do maintain) in an approaching post." I have gotten a few emails (and comments) asking if we ever solicit feedback from candidates on the Microsoft recruiting process,Windows 7 Starter Key, plus the answer is "yes." We currently send out a survey to everyone who interviews here in Redmond to ask for feedback about the process. That is right: Everyone who interviews gets to tell us what they think. In that survey we ask you questions like: How satisfied are you with Microsoft Recruiting? How would you rate the level of professionalism displayed by the Microsoft representative? You have the ability to not only to rank your answers to these questions (very satisfied,Office Standard 2010 Key, somewhat satisfied,Windows 7 License, etc) but also provide comments. We take those comments very significantly. In fact,Office 2007 Ultimate Key, Staffing Managers like me pour over those details and use them to coach and reward their reports. Lots of respondents name specific recruiters (with each positive and negative comments) and one wise candidate included his phone number because he wanted to discuss his thoughts in much more detail (and I know he was contacted because I called him personally). Don’t underestimate the energy of this feedback: Recruiting is a business of people,Windows 7 64bit, and we care what you think. -Jenna PS: And for anyone who interviewed in the past and did not receive the survey: We used to send it randomly, but now it goes to everyone.
