A different individual has joined the JobsBlog family members of “hires”! It has become so common now that I don’t even highlight every example… but this a single is special because it started back in January in response to our posting about “Tweeners”. Eric Carter was one particular of those candidates: he was just a few years out of school and didn’t but have loads of industry experience,Microsoft Office Professional 2007, but he did have the raw smarts and passion to join. We flew him from Canada to Redmond where he interviewed and blew everyone away. He won the hearts of the recruiters who were rooting for him all of the way. Eric just accepted our offer and is joining our Search team just as soon as we can get him relocated.
