Indian spinning mills , ginning factories and weaving mills hope the Government will soon announce a new policy of Technology Upgradation Fund (TUF).

once published the revised policy , spinning,flannel blanket, cotton ginning and textile companies will be able to get the Ministry of Finance to provide financial assistance under the TUF to help plant upgrade their skills .

Andhra Pradesh Textile Mills Association 's representatives met with Minister of State for Textiles ,wholesale throw, Ms. Panabaka Lakshmi and asked her to actively contribute to TUF changes.

If the spinning and ginning plant technology to be updated , yarn quality will be improved , however, because of the economic downturn , there is no establishment of a new spinning plant.
Once the government announced the policy change , entrepreneurs will begin to create a new spinning plant and ginning factories .
