　　民警家属质疑案件处理不公

　　陈宇辉的家属质疑，即使这起案件以交通肇事罪提起诉讼，但为何对于交警部门认定书中的“逃逸”情节没重 点提及？盐田检察院有关负责人表示，综合交警部门《认定书》中的有关内容和证据，检方认为这起案件更符合交 通肇事，是过失行为。现有证据中，没有被告人邹宣波逃离现场、逃避法律制裁的情节和证据。
　　●肇事逃逸情节为何未强调？
　　记者粗略计算了一下，3瓶酒加上7份干捞翅价格已经接近9000元，如果算上其他点菜，这一餐酒席价格 上万。
　　而邹宣波的代理律师、广东仁人律师事务所刘炜表示，故意伤害是要有目的性的，邹宣波不认识陈宇辉，当时 又没有和他起什么冲突，无冤无仇怎么可能故意伤害？就算邹宣波要故意伤害陈宇辉，也不可能会挑选一个这么不 恰当的时机。撞人明显是因醉酒而导致的过失。
