　　“他不仅细心，调解纠纷更是一把能手。”张丁说，去年6月，绵阳三汇桥附近，一辆大货车将一位行人撞成 了植物人。当事双方调解时，被撞行人家属恨不得将肇事司机暴打以解心头之恨。面对受害者家属的激动情绪，肇 事司机也无可奈何。“此时，王勇上前对受害者家属说，‘肇事司机找到了就是最大的安慰，你们要是把司机怎么 样后，你们还得自己垫付医疗费，公安机关会对肇事者进行处理的。’简单几句话，受害者家属就冷静了下来，最 后双方达成了调解协议。”
