I must admit I was a little skeptical when first handed a pair of Teva X-1 running shoes. Was this a running shoe or a river shoe? Or would I be better off hiking in these? How could a shoe you could get sopping wet also function well as a running shoe?,return to tiffany heart toggle bracelet
The idea was intriguing: A shoe designed to handle going through puddles, rivers or heavy downpours without the annoying side effect of heavy, waterlogged shoes.
I thought back to some of the best -- and most fun -- runs I've had in my life and inevitably I was running through a warm rainstorm in my native Florida. Or how about the jungles in Central and South America I've hiked through,tiffany store, most of the time with soaking wet shoes or boots?

A wet run in dry San Diego

The X-1 was surprisingly supportive as a running shoe. I can always tell when I start running in any shoe whether there's going to be any kind of support within the first few steps. The X-1s felt nearly as good as the Pearl Izumi running shoes that have become my favorites.
A great trail-running choice
I wouldn't recommend the X-1s as your main running shoe for asphalt,jewelry boxes, but for cruising through trails,pendants and charms gold, especially where you might encounter mud and streams,new tiffany bracelet, the X-1s are totally the way to go. I ran through some of the trails near my home and,key rings fofa, even though everything was dry,chamilia bracelet, I felt just as good as if running in my regular running shoes.
A compression molded EVA and Drain-Tech molded EVA sockliner ensure the cushioning effect of the midsole. In this case, the Teva X-1 performs -- surprisingly well. The design is based on a Wraptor Technology, which is a patent-pending 360-degree,bracelet for sale, continuous strapping system that simultaneously secures the instep and the arch shank to the foot. This creates a noticeable connection between shoe and foot that provides heel-to-forefoot stability and motion support.
Shock absorption is accomplished through a blended polyurethane/EVA unit in the heel cup that evenly transfers the energy of impact throughout the footbed.

第五条 甲方权利义务
1,甲方权利:
(1)甲方有权合理选定,更换和辞退家政服务员;家政服务员试用期满若不能相对独立完成工作,乙方应于试用 期满之日起7个工作日内调换家政服务员,调换 名同级别的服务员后均未能达到甲方要求的,甲方有权解除合同.试用期间服务费按日计算,试用期满合格后按合 同约定支付服务费.
(2)甲方对家政服务员体检情况有异议的,可有权要求重新体检,体检费用由甲方承担;如体检不合格则体检费 用由乙方承担.
(3)甲方有权拒绝家政服务员在其住宅从事与家政服务无关的活动,具体要求事项由甲方与家政服务员另行约定 .
(4)甲方有权追究乙方因对家政服务员存在管理过失而造成的相应损失.
(5)具有下列条件之一时,甲方有权解除合同:
①聘请家政服务员的需求解除.②服务员有盗窃行为或有传染病.③调换服务员期间空岗5个工作日无替换人员到 岗工作.④服务员在适应期后仍不能相对独立完成工作.⑤服务
员存在刁难,虐待甲方成员的行为.⑥合同期满.
2,甲方义务:
(1)甲方应在签订合同时出示有效身份证件,如实填写家庭住址,房屋面积,联系电话,对家政服务员的具体要 求,以及与家政服务员健康安全有关的家庭情况(如家中是否有传染病人,skechers shape up shoes,精神病人等).如变更以上内容请及时通知乙方.
(2)甲方应尊重家政服务员的人格及劳动,提供劳动条件和服务环境,提供适当和安全的居住场所,不得歧视或 虐待家政服务员,不得安排家政服务员与异性成年人同居一室.如遇家政服务员突发急病或受到其他伤害时,甲方 应采取必要的救治措施.
(3)甲方应安排家政服务员每月4天的休息时间和每天8小时的睡眠时间,并保证其食宿,skechers shoes,遇国家法定假日不能合理安排家政服务员休息时,要给予日平均工资两倍的加班补助.
(4)甲方未经乙方同意,不得擅自将家政服务员转为第三方服务,skechers tone ups,不得将服务员带往非约定地点工作.
(5)甲方有义务配合乙方完成对家政服务员的管理,教育和工作指导,并妥善保管家中现金和贵重物品.
(6) 服务期满甲方续用家政服务员的,应提前7日与乙方续签合同.
第六条,乙方权利义务
1,乙方权利:
(1)乙方有权向甲方收取服务费,信用保证金.
(2)乙方有权代收或催收家政服务员的工资和加班费.
(3)若甲方有违反合同约定的行为,乙方有权召回家政服务员.
(4)乙方有权向甲方求证,了解甲方投诉或家政服务员反映情况的真实性.
(5)具有下列情况之一时,乙方有权解除合同,甲方所支付的保证金将转为违约金处理.
①甲方教唆服务员脱离乙方管理.②甲方家庭成员中有传染病人而未如实告之乙方.③甲方未按时支付相关费用. ④甲方服务地址变更或服务对象发生变更而未通报乙方并取得同意.⑤甲方对服务员的工作要求违反国家法律,法 规或有刁难,虐待服务员行为.
2,乙方义务:
(1)乙方应为甲方委派身份,体检合格并符合《国家劳动部》规定的相应服务能力的家政服务员,家政服务员应 具有北京市或原所在地县级以上医院体检证明.
(2)乙方负责家政服务员的岗前教育和管理工作,实行跟踪管理,监督指导,接受投诉并妥善处理.
(3)乙方存在对家政服务人员管理过失的情况下,乙方应协助甲方追究家政服务人员责任.
(4)乙方应帮助家政服务员投保《家政服务员团体意外伤害保险》.
(5)乙方应本着客户至上,诚信为本的宗旨,认真兑现各项服务.
第七条 违约责任
1,甲乙双方应遵守合同约定,任何一方违反合同约定的,另外一方均有权解除合同并有权要求赔偿因违约造成的 损失,合同另有约定的除外.
2,有关违约的其他约定事项:
第八条 合同争议的解决方法
本合同项下发生的争议,由双方当事人协商或申请调解解决,协商或调解解决不成的,按下列第 种方式解决:
(一)依法向 人民法院起诉.
(二)提交 仲裁委员会仲裁.
第九条 其他约定事项
第十条 合同未尽事宜及生效
本合同未尽事宜双方另行协商补充.
本合同一式两份,甲乙双方各执一份,具有同等法律效力,自双方签字或盖章之日起生效.
