再别康桥,再见英伦 卧龙吟机构杨明富

　　 因为一个叫康河郦景和康桥半岛的项目，无端地就与康河或者康桥有了比较紧密的联系；还因为，曾经在深情朗诵 《再别康桥》时候，将其中的“挥一挥衣袖”读成“飞一飞衣袖”而印象深刻；更因为其中蕴涵的爱恋与憧憬，惜 别与离愁，渐渐沉淀的康河情节，康桥是我喜欢的。
　　而今，各种喧嚣着打着英伦风情的楼盘是越来越多了，北上广深也不少，成都的东西南北也不少，除了喧嚣与 热闹，不复留下什么美好的值得思考的意趣，自然笔者很难找到象徐志摩笔下那样的康河意境。这样多的千篇一律 的伪装英伦楼盘是笔者所不愿看见的，也不要说再见的。
　　历史总在重复过去的故事，而今眼目下，也象有炒得沸沸扬扬的项目或许也将要再步后尘。曾经的康河郦景在 一个当时还比较牛B的公司推广下，广告费到是花了不少，但其过于跳跃年轻化的色彩，最终在开盘时候引来的不 是其所谓的“都市新贵”而是无福消受的新新派小年轻们。
　　开盘的效果自然可想而知：开盘现场的确很火爆，问题在于来的大多数是买不起该楼盘房子的，成交自然很可 怜。当然成交惨淡的原因或许还有产品上没有照顾成都人爱面子需要大客厅的实际。以至于有段时间，康河郦景的 B总暴怒，或许，不作宣传也不至于此，心情比较的抑郁。
　　后来因为笔者当时所在的SL机构的介入及笔者务实的运作，才没有将康河的故事演绎成天方夜谭：前者，适 时推出双楠旺角商业广场（尚品康河的前身）避免了开发商资金的断链；而后者，将什么都市新贵、什么与世界同 步落地为内双楠与浣花溪典藏，并提炼出近30个品质细节。
　　前几天还去康河郦景看望几个老朋友，那里的绿化环境俨然已经很有了些“康河柔波”、“青荇金柳”的滟影 。当时占尽天时地利的康桥半岛也当不差吧,CheapReplicaWatches。然而城南某娱乐明星主导的英伦LB不知道会不会重复昨天的故事：跨界的年轻人也许非最终购买者；其高端配 套或曲高和寡。
　　这其实道理很简单，叫好与最终的叫座是两个问题，看上去很热闹的也不一定是最终的买单者；如果所谓的超 高端配套不能为未来社区的业主们享用，那所谓的超高端配套还有何意义，只做装饰和摆设让人仰望吗？近来笔者 参与关于地产中的文化思考就不错，须要有纯粹和意境。
　　但或许还有更多的英伦风情楼盘涌现出来吧：不要以为形如方格衬衫单调颜色的就是英伦；不要以为所谓的青 年才俊会固执地喜欢号称百万平米大盘；不要以为一个娱乐明星可以左右一个楼盘走向；不要以为威廉与凯特总要 上演童话婚礼。再见了梦中康桥，无需再见所谓英伦！
