WEBSTER COUNTY, KY – On Friday, April 29, Kentucky State Police Officials received an anonymous tip from the Kentucky State Police Drug Tip webpage stating that subjects were trafficking narcotics at a residence on Ashland Church Road in Clay. Post 2 received a search warrant for the residence.
Post 2 units conducted search of the residence and located drug paraphernalia, suspected methamphetamine, components to manufacture methamphetamine, anhydrous ammonia, firearms and a small amount of marijuana.
Debra Capps, a 53-year-old Clay(
bleaching earth), KY woman was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine – Firearm Enhanced, Knowingly Possess Anhydrous Ammonia Not in Proper Container, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense – Firearm Enhanced, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
排污泵, Possession of Marijuana – Firearm Enhanced, Prescription Medication Not in Proper Container and Resisting Arrest.
Capps is currently lodged in the Webster County Detention Center.
The investigation is continuing and more arrests are forthcoming.
