两欠债男子抢大学生3万元被批捕

　　本报讯 两个刚刚当上爸爸的男青年，花天酒地欠下一屁股债，为还债竟锁定了一个在校大学生，一个暴力殴打，一个“好 言”相劝，一出“双簧”抢来3万块钱。2日，两男子因涉嫌抢劫罪被扬州市维扬检察院批捕。

　　蔡全和杜能是好朋友，两个人分别在2008年和2009年有了孩子，但两个人依旧好逸恶劳，没有固定工 作还经常光顾娱乐场所，靠借钱维持“潇洒”日子。前不久，两个人欠了5万元，担心到期不还钱会被债主收拾， 两人就谋划搞钱的办法。“我上初中时有个同学叫吴勇，现在上大学了，他家里很有钱，不如……”蔡全提出抢同 学的馊主意，杜能立即同意：“我去暴力威胁他，你假装出面‘协调’，咱们唱出‘双簧’把钱弄到 手。”

　　“喂，你是吴勇吧？你得罪了一个大老板，现在他委托我和你谈谈，我们见一下面。”第二天，吴勇接到了杜 能打来的电话，他以为是陌生人搞恶作剧，挂掉了电话。没过多久，吴勇的手机又响了，这回是蔡全打来的：“喂 ，吴勇，是不是刚才有人打电话给你了？听说你惹祸了,ghd pink limited edition，得罪了一个大老板，人家要找你麻烦哪。”正当吴勇纳闷为什么这么快蔡全就知道这件事的时候，蔡全提出要和 他见面，帮他处理此事，吴勇没来得及多想就答应了。

　　见面后，蔡全劝吴勇：“是福不是祸，是祸躲不过，我陪你去见见人家，有我在，你别怕。”看到蔡全这么仗 义，吴勇答应了。他们乘车来到了一个偏僻的巷子，当时已经有4个人凶神恶煞地在那里等着了，没等吴勇开口， 他们就把他从车里拖出来一顿猛打，几分钟后被蔡全“叫停”。蔡全把吴勇拉倒一边说：“这伙人不好惹，你赶紧 给人家一点钱，破财消灾吧。”由于当时吴勇身上没钱，就给对方打了一张3万元的欠条。

　　拿着这张白条也不能向债主交差，蔡全等人按照事先的计划，让吴勇去找债主借钱，借来给他们，然后他们再 把钱还给债主，等于把自己的债务转嫁给了吴勇。在他们的胁迫下，吴勇向债主借来了3万元，并写下了欠条，后 把钱给了蔡、杜二人，二人又把钱还给了债主。吴勇回家后，觉得这事太蹊跷，事情的前后好像都在蔡全的掌控之 中，自己被人殴打时，打自己的人明显就像在演戏。吴勇赶紧向警方报案，警方很快将涉案人员捉拿归案。(文中 人物为化名)(蒋华 维侦 陈咏)

North Korea took what some view as a small step back from confrontation Monday, offering the possibility of dialogue to ease tensions.

North Korea has asserted for years that its nuclear weapons program is a problem to be resolved only between itself and the United States. President Barak Obama, like his predecessor George W. Bush, maintains the nuclear issue is of vital concern to North Korea's neighbors - China, Russia, Japan, and South Korea.
