Prince William and Kate Middleton have traded in the royal treatment for the Hollywood treatment, thanks to the upcoming Lifetime movie 'William & Kate.'
The film, which stars Nico Evers-Swindell and Camilla Luddington as the prince and his bride-to-be high heels nike air, details the couple's romance leading up to their wedding on April 29.
