  5.采用直臂前平举并上举(杠铃、哑铃)、直臂上臂环绕(杠铃、哑铃)、两臂持铃胸前弯举、反握单杠引 体向上等来训练臂部。
  6.采用俯卧直腿上摆、站立后摆腿及负荷深蹲等方法来训练腿部肌肉。
  女性健身的重点练习部位:
  女性可以将健美操和适当的力量练习结合起来以达到健美的目的。例如:
  1.徒手操突出颈、髋、膝等关节的训练。
  2.实心球操则对腕、指、脊柱等关节的作用次数多些。
  3.舞蹈健美操注重腿部、腰部的训练。
  4.力量练习多采用拉各种拉力器及负荷深蹲等方法来完成。
  总的看来,只有根据人体的发展规律,结合自身的特点,采用正确有效的科学方法,才能塑造自身和谐的形体 美。
