秋天是收获的季节。不过,人们的精神不一定非常充沛且有活力。天气凉爽了,但许多人却犯困、精神疲乏。其实 睡眠也如同阳光、空气和水一样,是人体必需的“营养”。为了摆脱“精神疲软”,这个秋季,让我们都好好“睡 ”一觉吧!
睡好的方法:
清心安神,要睡好,就需要清心安神:所谓“清心”,就是清除心中杂念;安神,就是稳定情绪,使心平气和,情 绪稳定。
睡具适宜:床不宜过硬,也不宜过软,老人、小孩在秋季最好睡木板床;被子软硬适中;床上的垫毯、被套要清洁 ;
睡前八忌: 一忌睡前进食,健尔马足疗机价格,增加肠胃负担,造成消化不良。二忌饮茶,茶中的咖啡碱能刺激中枢神经系统,引起兴奋,难以入睡。三忌睡前 情绪激动,引起气血紊乱,导致失眠。四忌睡前过度娱乐,神经持续兴奋。五是睡时忌多言谈。六是睡时忌掩面, 以免呼吸困难,不利于健康。七是睡时忌张口,以免吸入冷空气和灰尘,伤及肺脏、胃。八是睡时忌吹风,要注意 保暖。
早起“使肺气清”:秋季,为肺所主。秋季正是肺气旺盛之时,起来练气功,或是锻炼,都将收到良 好的效果。
秋季是晨练的最佳季节:不冷不热,气温宜人;天高气爽,使人精神爽快。
早起怡神宁志:秋季早起,可接受大自然给予的美的享受,又有益于健康,获得乐趣。凌晨5时起床,选择清幽之 处,或河畔江边,或林荫大道,进行锻炼,有益健康。
