给自己留有弹性是为了更好地掌握所有。是一种柔软的韧性的智慧。大概一年多以前,我意识到健康的主要性。人 们说健康是1,而声誉、财产、成绩等是后面的0,假使前面的1不了,后面有再多的0也没有意思 ,monster beats dr dre tour。清楚了这层情理之后,我决议要有体系地锤炼身体,以补充自己拼命工作带来的体能上的宏大损耗。既然要锻炼 身材,以我的性情,当然要全力以赴,同时我也为自己预留了弹性。我这样请求自己:
每周七天,至少要有五天早晨起床跑步;周一至周五晨练的时光是6:00―7:00,周六、周日晨练的时间则 为6:30―7:30,甚全可以更晚一点儿。
这个规矩一制定,乐趣就来了,我自己跟本人玩起了心理游戏:
周一至周三我无论如何也不愿动用两天的灵活指标,周四或周五休息一天后,因周六、周日可以“偷勤儿”多睡一 会儿,mbt discount shoes,多数情形下也能够保持晨练,monster beats by dr. dre headphones。这样算下来,我每周经常有6天甚至7天是坚持晨练的,cheap nike air max,当我超过5天的目的时,我会给自己一些适当的嘉奖,从而晨练的兴趣更浓,jimmy choo wallet。由于这个游戏,有时我通宵达旦地工作,凌晨6:00仍是会准时去跑步。晨练这时已经不是什么压力,而变成 乐趣了。
