i have productively installed osce 10 sp1 on several xp mode instances and every little thing appears to perform effectively. the clients show up in the osce console,
Windows 7 Home Premium Key, and the client shows as online from the console and from the system tray icon within xp mode.
as long as your network is configured effectively,
Microsoft Office Home And Student 2010, and all the traffic can route between the osce server and the osce client on the xp mode instance,
Office Pro Plus, things should function regardless of the specific ip address. in my case,
Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007, my osce server has an address of 192.168.2.200,
Office Enterprise 2007, my laptop running
windows 7 has an ip of 192.168.2.120 and my xp mode instance running on the laptop has an ip of 192.168.131.65, and all have a 255.255.255.0 subnet mask.
