Office 2010 Discount Change locale and timezone on

Hi there,Microsoft Office Home And Business 2010,
Currently I am employing a variety of windows 2008 servers at a purchaser of
ours.
Considering I endeavor to automate as quite a bit as possible I'd want to improve the
strategy locale,Office 2010 Discount, person locale,Office 2010 Home And Business Key, keyboard settings and timezone trough scripts or
commandlines.
I started off together with the locale settings and located a document on how to do this in
Windows Vista.
This document utilizes: handle intl.cpl,, /f:"filename.xml" to vary the
locale settings to those specified in the xml file.
Considering that Vista is build on the same kernel I'd figured this would work on 2008
also.
This however does not seem to be the case,Windows 7 Activation, All my test XML's work fine on
Vista,Microsoft Office 2010 Home And Business, and don't work (or modify the wrong setting) in Windows 2008.
Can anyone please provide me with a best practice regarding how to change the locale
and keyboard settings (and if probable the timezone) on windows 2008 using a
script or commandline. (I know this can be done during install but this is
not an option for me at the moment)
