No. 10-OPA22
Chicago (March 5, 2010) U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5 will accept public comments until April 23 on a Team Completions LLC request to change its existing permit to dispose of non-hazardous waste deep underground at its facility near Kingsley in Grand Traverse County.
Team Completions currently operates a commercial underground injection well in which it disposes of brine from oil and gas wells. The corporation also wants to inject what is known as “leachate,
Windows 7 Starter,” a non-hazardous liquid waste from landfills.
After reviewing the request,
Windows 7 Home Premium Key, EPA found the small business has shown that injected waste will not threaten underground sources of drinking water. Therefore, EPA plans to grant the permit request.
An open house will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 7,
Office Professional Plus 2010, at Mill Creek Elementary School, 9039 Old M-72, Williamsburg, Mich., with a public hearing to follow from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The permit will be valid for 10 years.
