Next I schedule at least one day each week to write and stick to it so that it becomes routine. You'll find that there are times when you are more creative than others. Focus on writing during those times and aim to write multiple posts in one sitting. You'll write better and faster. So start by creating a swipe file or ideas/research bank. I have two, online and offline. A file which stores paper ideas such as extracts from my notebook, magazine articles, headlines, newspaper clippings, photos or flyers. The other is an online file containing links to interesting blog post, snippets from blog comments, questions from my Twitter and Facebook followers and various quotes that fit nicely with my niche.
3. Create a swipe file or ideas bank
