Default 春天,要注重三“时节”

  在春天,人们饮食上应注意以下三个“时节”的不同,多食蔬菜,健尔马足疗机,有条件的话,多吃点野菜。






  早春 吃点葱姜蒜

  阴寒渐退,阳气开始升发,加湿器价格,乍暖乍寒。根据“春夏养阳”的理论,此时可适当吃些葱、姜、蒜、韭菜、芥末,不仅能祛散阴寒,助春阳升发 ,而其中所含的有效成分,光波炉的危害应注意几点,还具有杀菌防病的功效,此时宜少吃性寒食品。

  仲春 多吃野菜

  古人云,春应在肝。肝亢可伤脾,影响脾胃运化,光波炉。此时可适当进食大枣、蜂蜜、锅巴之类滋补脾胃的食物,少吃过酸或油腻等不易消化的食物。这时正值各种既富 含营养又有疗疾作用的野菜繁茂荣盛之时,如荠菜、马齿苋、鱼腥草、蕨菜、竹笋、香椿等,应不失 时机地择食。

  暮春 要吃得清淡

  气温日渐升高,此时应以清淡饮食为主,在适当进食优质蛋白类食物及蔬果之外,可饮用绿豆汤、赤豆汤、酸 梅汤以及绿茶,防止体内积热。不宜进食羊肉、狗肉、麻辣火锅以及辣椒、花椒、胡椒等大辛大热之品,以防邪热 化火,变发疮痈疖肿等疾病。
