Default 药物踩踏,健身治病两相宜

药物踩踏是用脚直接踩踏药物或通过一定的刺激物体,使药物发挥局部渗透作用,以及相应物体的脚底穴位刺激作 用,起到健身和预防、治疗疾病的效果。
根据生物全息理论,生物体任何一个相对独立区域,都可视为整体在局部区域的缩影。通过对脚底穴位或反射区的 刺激,可疏通经络气血,盟特新奇特厂家,除治疾患,还可调理全身内脏器官的功能,具有强身保健、延年益寿之功效。
健身踩踏
(1)踩踏步道:
公园内的鹅卵石路径、马路的盲道,其特点是路径长、阳光充足、空气较为新鲜,均可作为人们穿着软底鞋踩踏步 道的健身场所。练习从5分钟开始,逐步由10分钟、15分钟、20分钟等,增加行走时间,个人可视自身情况 作相应调整。
(2)踏豆健身:
选黄豆,或赤小豆、绿豆、大砂粒等,置于大盆中踩踏。若文火炒温热踩踏则更佳。
(3)搓衣板、擀面棍健身:
在搓衣板上下左右搓动或在擀面棍上滚动足部进行健身。
踩踏治脚气
(1)取川椒300500克,用布包裹,以脚踏之,每次10~15分钟。
(2)用粗盐1500克或用木瓜500克切片,用布包裹蒸热,以脚踏之,每次10~15分钟。
(3)取萝卜适量晒干研粉,铺于鞋袜内;另用萝卜煎水洗脚,可增强疗效。
踩踏治膝部劳损
取川草乌、细辛、防风、独活各等份,光波炉批发,研粉备用,一部分药粉掺于鞋袜内,每天换一次;一部分药粉置于护膝内,盟特新奇特批发,效果更佳。
踩踏治跖筋膜炎
取川芎适量,研粉,用薄小布袋装15克药粉置于鞋内,盟特新产品价格,每天换一次药。治疗骨刺形成的跖筋膜炎。
