  将500克圆白菜加少许盐,放入开水中焯一下。将焯好的菜放凉后挤干水分,切成块,再把一 杯醋、1/2杯高汤、两勺酒、1/2勺盐混合后煮开制成汤料。等汤料变凉后和圆白菜一起倒入密封瓶内储存一天即可食用。
  圆白菜含有丰富的多种维生素和膳食纤维,能增强肠胃蠕动。
