Default 专家教您如何预防“空调病”

“最近工作的时间长了,总觉得头昏脑胀不舒服,有时候还浑身酸疼,以为是吹空调感冒了,可吃了感冒药也没见 好转,后来一打听,才知道这就是‘空调病’。”昨日上午,市民王女士打来电话:“原来还真有这种‘空调病’ 。”


随着气温的不断升高,空调成了不少单位和家庭的必需品,加之连日来的“桑拿天”,这些长时间在空调环境下工 作和学习的市民,不同程度地出现鼻塞、头昏、打喷嚏、乏力等类似感冒的症状,有的还会感觉关节酸痛、颈僵背 硬、肩颈麻木甚至皮肤过敏等。专家介绍,这类现象就是现代医学所谓的“空调综合症”或“空调病”,因为所处 环境内外温差较大,人体感觉忽冷忽热,造成了人体内平衡调节系统功能紊乱。

针对“空调病”,疾控专家也给市民提出了一些预防的建议。

“使用空调必须注意通风,每天应定时打开窗户,让室内保持一定的新鲜空气,空调机最好每两周清扫一次。”专 家指出,长期在空调下工作和生活,要多喝开水,加速体内新陈代谢,不要让通风口的冷风直接吹在身上,大量流 汗时最好不要直接吹冷风。

此外,健尔马足疗机价格,空调室温和室外自然温度不宜过大,以不超过5度为宜,夜间睡眠最好不要用空调,入睡时关闭空调更为安全。 由于经常出入空调环境、冷热突变,皮肤附着的细菌容易在汗腺或皮脂腺内阻塞,引起感染化脓,因此要常常洗澡 ,以保持皮肤清洁。专家提醒,市民要注意衣着,应达到空调环境中的保暖要求。
