It has a html5 app for downloading shortcuts to web apps.
A few native linux programs also availible for download,Microsoft Office 2007, Like frozen bubble.
and last I checked,Windows 7 64 Bit, the linux core is still there,Windows 7 Professional, along with the programs that you can get for linux.
I think there won't be that much of a cost, unless you factor in the work they did to keep the OS somewhat compatible for laptops and netbooks.
