Default 不吃早餐能减肥吗

很多MM为了防止肥胖而不吃早餐,希望这样能够减少能量摄入而达到减肥的目的。她们说:“不是少吃能减肥吗 ,我早餐不吃,不是更好吗?”
其实这样做是很不科学的,不吃早餐不但不能减肥反而容易引起发胖,甚至影响健康。
首先,一个人如果不吃早饭,到中午就会产生强烈的饥饿感,而空腹时身体内储存能量的保护功能增强,吃下去的 食物最容易被吸收,也容易形成皮下脂肪。结果就引起驼峰似的脂肪堆积。而且这样饥一顿饱一顿,将影响体内饥 饱中枢的精细调节,非常不利于减肥饮食计划的执行。
其次,不吃早餐是发生胆囊结石的主要诱因之一。正常人的胆固醇均匀地和胆盐、磷脂溶解在胆汁里,进食后随胆 汁排入胃肠道而发挥消化作用。人体摄入食物后小时胆汁就会被排空。如果不吃早餐,晚饭距离第二天午餐达十几 个小时,这期间胆囊基本上不蠕动,日复一日使胆汁常滞积于胆囊内,胆汁中的胆固醇量浓度就会升高,达到“超 饱和”状态而析出沉淀,逐渐长成结石。也就是说,不吃早餐可能会增加产生结石的机会。
第三,不吃早餐使人体在上午没有充足的能量,大脑缺氧缺能量因此,吃早饭而无法正常工作。因此,吃早饭是非 常重要的,不能敷衍了事,再忙也要抽空吃早饭。否则,不但容易发胖,健尔马足疗机三代,也不能满足人体的正常活动量所需要的能量,并给人带来许多意想不到的恶果。
