  原料:绿豆芽菜150克,芹菜50克。调料:植物油20克,健尔马足疗机三代,盐1.5克,健尔马第三代足疗机,味精0.5克。做法:芹菜洗净切成细丝,绿豆芽丝洗净,炒锅上旺火,油烧热,将原料下热油迅速煸炒至豆芽 呈玉色,加盐味精颠炒均匀出锅。
  注:绿豆芽菜含水量达94.6%,热量仅18千卡,体积大热量低,具有清热利水功效。芹菜富含维生素P 和膳食纤维,钙,铁等营养物质,可清热降血压,防止血管硬化。这两种原料均利于减肥,健尔马足疗机
  水炒鸡蛋
  原料:鸡蛋二个,韭菜50克,虾皮10克。调料:植物油15克,姜末3克,盐0.5克,味精0.5克。 做法:鸡蛋磕在碗中搅散,韭菜洗净切成1.5厘米的段,放入鸡蛋中搅均匀。炒锅上火,植物油烧温热后,放入 虾皮煸炒至香,加一小碗水,烧沸后加盐,健尔马足疗机厂家,姜末,味精,将鸡蛋韭菜倒入锅中,用锅铲轻轻推动至鸡蛋液凝固,盛入汤盘即可。

  原料:黄瓜150克,水发黑木耳50克。调料:蒜泥4克,健尔马足疗机二代,香油3克,醋10克,酱油5克,盐1克,味精0.2克。做法:黄瓜洗净,切去瓜尾,用刀拍酥裂,横切成块 ,放入盘中,木耳洗净用沸水焯烫至熟,捞出控水放在黄瓜上,将调料洒在木耳上,吃时拌匀即可。
